Slowly realising facts

On the bus. I slept all the way from Berlin to
Stockholm, only waking up once to take a photo.
I am addicted to screens.
And every time I work for a long time with my computer I “forget” part of my social ability. My eyes loose tracking, I forget to smile, to do the necessary small talk. I feel dull, stupid and …repelling.
It always takes a couple of hours to “come back”.
In front of my screen I feel comfortable again. I give my computer a command — it gives me feedback. And so it goes.
An electrically amplified infinity loop, fuelling ego and will.
Every now and then I get ideas about design, music, philosophy, technology…and other things. Sometimes I write them down.
On the Forssfeed I intend to publish some of those writings, so that people like you can get a chance to read and comment on them.
The Forssfeed will hopefully be a low quantity-high quality thing.
So, no need to peek in too often — a better idea might be to subscribe to my feed using your favourite news reader.
Ok, so who am I and what am I doing? Have a look at the Forssfolio!

Fhmm. screen addiction. i have seen the symptoms, and you have a particulary absorbed way of immersing yourself into your laptop. it is easy to argue this to be anti-social, unnatural… but i find the ability to fully concentrate always interesting, even if it borders on the autistic. i think this concentration or detachment is judged by what it achieves. i cannot shake my protestant work ethic here, and i must say that screen addiction coupled with production is for me more valuable than screen addiction to consumption, entertainment, news, sports, porn.
…but for every produced artifact, be it a website or music, an audiece is assumed, if not required.
hmm. end conclusion: please dont make anything thats not of high quality, beacuse the world is too full of things not made with care and passion, making it a reduced quality experience for both the producer and consumer. so make your world better and do not make nor accept anything that is not good enough, if you want a high quality future, more than just rats, cockroaches and the lowest common denominator
